What we offer you:
Monday - Thursday and every Saturday (Friday & Sunday off) Base pay of $20-$32 (based on experience) Percentage Based Bonus in addition to base pay.

Responsibilities:
Calling leads to schedule Consultations (leads are generated by a 3rd company) Meeting with potential patients at the office to discuss our dental implant solution Building an emotional connection with the patient and gaining their trust Presenting Treatment plan to the patient and making them understand the importance of getting healthy Assisting potential patients in the decision making process and financing Manage follow up process by reaching out to potential patients who have already expressed an interest in the implant and full mouth reconstruction.
Identify where they are in their decision making process, and/or follow up on patients who may have delayed treatment Manage the referral-based lead generation process, working with existing patients Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Excellent sales and negotiation skills (3-5 years experience) Dental treatment Coordinating Comfortable selling Treatment plan over $50K Self-motivation, drive and initiative An outgoing and confident approach Ability to establish immediate rapport with prospective patients Experienced in customer service.
(1-3 years) Motivated to meet personal and company goals.
Organized, competent, and comfortable dealing with patients.
Phenomenal communication skills and ability to build rapport.
Ability to carry out administrative duties with accuracy and speed.
Punctuality, reliability, and attention to detail is required.
